Trapped in a loveless marriage, Sylvia and Daniel travel to Madrid hoping to reconnect - but instead are drawn into the seductive orbit of a mysterious young couple across the street. As Sylvia follows strange symbols through the city and becomes increasingly paranoid that the young couple are not as they appear, she and Daniel eventually meet The Machine - a bizarre, godlike creature offering them a terrible gift: to become young again…
